About Our Hypnosis Sessions

Initial Phone Consultation:

To find out if hypnosis is right for you, we will schedule a 30 to 45 minute long phone call to discuss; your story, what you’re looking to achieve, your goals, and your desired outcome. I will answer any questions you have, and will determine if we are an excellent fit to work with one another.

Private Virtual Sessions:

I utilize the video platform Zoom as my primary means for meeting with my clients.

How Does Hypnosis Work Virtually?:

Hypnosis happens within the mind, therefore, location isn’t a factor. Hypnosis works best under total relaxation, and being in the comfort of your own home can allow for a deeper state of hypnosis and relaxation to occur. Working virtually also allows me to offer flexible session hours for my clients with demanding schedules. There’s no need to take time off from work to sit in traffic. This also means I can work with clients from different parts of the world and across any timezone.

What To Expect:

The first part of your hypnosis session will be an open conversation about your goals, and the changes you are going to be creating in your life. Every hypnosis session is catered to your particular need. As I guide you into the relaxing state of hypnotic trance, you will experience a steady and passively observant form of heightened awareness. It's similar to the feeling of daydreaming, or meditation. As your hypnotist, I will help to guide your subconscious and the session in the most beneficial direction.

Session Length:

Between 1.5 to 2 hours in length.

Payment:

I accept Debit, Credit, Venmo and PayPal.

Please note that generally speaking, insurance companies do not cover hypnotic services.

Medical Concerns:

Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. If you have a serious medical condition, please consult your doctor. It is my personal duty to make sure that all my clients are safe and healthy and get the best help possible. Some issues may require a psychological or medical referral before we can embark on our work together. Unless under a psychologist or psychiatrist’s consent, I will not and cannot work with those who have been diagnosed with a mental or emotional disorder. I reserve the right to ask for such a referral if I find it appropriate. I reserve the right to ask for a medical doctor’s consent while working with clients who are seeking hypnosis for issues concerning their physical bodies.

If at any time I feel that you may benefit from another’s expertise I will not hesitate to refer you to a professional.

Individual results from hypnosis may differ and are not guaranteed.
